Opinion on pet insurance?
I have a 5 year Orange Tabby and I try to add one month home kitten 5. The kitten has been sterilized so I wanted to start looking into pet insurance for both. 5 years is generally healthy, although currently some loose stools. Do you have currently have insurance for pets? What use? What do you think of this? Problems with sites that have online reviews is that they are all so different, I can not understand what is best for my cat (s). So I prefer recommendations. Thanks!
The problem with asking your veterinarian is not all veterans of all insurance companies. Most vets only know because IPV has been around longer. From my personal experience, here are my thoughts: VPI is a no go, because they are so big they take forever to pay claims from what I heard. They also have advantages calendars so I saw a lot of complaints (in review sites and yahoo) do not pay much as they should because the list of benefits. I heard all sorts of complaints about the ASPCA, because they are bad on the cover of the conditions antral dysplasia. If your cat has cancer, then the subject of this year, but when your policy renews next year, is considered preexisting if you are stuck with the bills at other times. Moreover, there is a good choice available. I would say that mostly have no planning policy benefits, and not always paying full of 80-90% on the invoice. I ended up choosing Trupanion for my dog, because it seems the most direct. They cover 90% of your invoice program complete and no benefits. Moreover, any claim or annual limits and limits chronic health problems are covered for life. I submit only one application so far and it was repaid within a week, so I recommend. My advice is to spend more routine immunization coverage (plans, examinations) because it costs more to go through the company and pass the middle man and do it yourself. I hope that helped!
